Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Nexa account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data by sending an email to nexa.education1@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the phone number associated with your account in the email body.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your personal profile information (name, phone number, profile picture)
- Your course enrollments and progress data
- Your notification preferences and history
- Any content or submissions you have made within the app
3. What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate operational purposes:
- Transaction records (retained for up to 12 months for legal compliance)
- Anonymized analytical data that cannot identify you
- Data required by applicable laws and regulations
4. Processing Time
Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.
5. Important Notes
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all courses, progress, and any content associated with your account. If you wish to use Nexa again after deletion, you will need to create a new account.
